History of Minnie Elf

Minnie Elf began in 1987 when Aunt Janet decided to bring a little extra magic to Christmas. It started with phone calls to her nephews Jaison and Greg, then to her nieces Amanda and Alliey. Each year she called as Minnie Elf, one of Santa’s cheerful helpers, to chat about wish lists and remind the kids to stay on the Nice List.

What began as a small family tradition quickly grew. Friends asked for calls, and one year she spoke with nearly ninety children! Each call was filled with jingling bells, workshop sounds, and even special guests from the North Pole like Mrs. Claus, Santa, and Minnie’s best friend Ronnie Roo.

Today she still makes those calls, now to the children of the kids she first spoke with decades ago. Seeing the joy continue through generations means the world to her. Every conversation leaves kids smiling, inspired, and ready to spread kindness and Christmas cheer.
